The Consulting Process

The process of a dental practice consultant working with an office is a complex set of steps, evaluations and plans. Because of this, a really good consultant will do at least one to two full days of evaluations and meetings before jumping in to start making changes. As dental consultants, we here at Mosaic don’t believe in coming in with THE BOOK, and throwing out all the systems and processes the office previously used. We prefer to see what’s working well and what isn’t working, then begin coaching to bring the things that aren’t working up to a much higher standard. We don’t need to disrupt your office or your staff, but rather, we build upon the skills they already have while adding in new ideas to get the office into a top notch position regarding its competition. We have very distinct ideas regarding how a really great office functions…..and we also have the experience to realize there are a number of ways to get there.
