TIDBITS FOR SUMMER MARKETING

 

 

  • Give the referring office a nice pourable glass container with spigot filled with lemonade, pink lemonade or sweet tea with lemon slices floating on top. Add pretty/fun glasses with your office logo for an additional treat.
  • Have a contest to win a summer party. Include a nice grill or a cute little table top picnic hibachi, a BBQ cookbook, a gift certificate to a local grocery store, grill mitts, grill tools…..or use your imagination and let your budget guide you.
  • For pedo and ortho offices, give all your patients….or all your cavity free patients…or all your ortho starts…..cute summer flip flops with your logo on them. We’ve seen some at a great price on the web.
  • Include a “Benefits of Choosing Our Office” list with your treats (possibly the simple makings for great strawberry shortcake for the staff) to referring doctors. Add cute photos of the staff, preferably being a little silly!
  • Treat your local referrals to a fun summer BBQ. Send them a gift certificate for lunch at a great neighborhood BBQ place.
  • Plan a summer picnic…create a yearly tradition….. at a local park to thank your patients and referring offices for a great year. We are going to suggest using a picnic caterer to avoid any food handling issues. You can plan fun activities for the kids and be sure to have plenty of shade and water (preferably with your logo on it) for everyone.
  • Give out window clings for your patients’ cars and have staff “ticket “them for a prize from the office when they’re spotted. In the summer we’re all outdoors so much, it’s a really fun project for staff and patients.
